I came to this work probably in much the same way that you came to this site; I needed relief from challenges in my life. Several years ago, I had a physical crisis that would not resolve itself. I began to learn about healing, prayer, and meditation. I began to pray. I began to meditate. I learned a number of approaches to healing and wellness—enter eft, hypnosis, and mind-body work
I became so interested that I completed a Ph.D. in Mind-Body Medicine at Saybrook University as well (I’m kind of a geek). My focus is on flourishing and human transformation–high-level quality of life, and how to create it with those I work with. My dissertation is on a particular aspect of long-term meditation. Additionally, I work frequently with hypnotherapy and imagery—these approaches are both evidence-based and effective. I am daily grateful for this and continue to learn and grow with each client, each session with other practitioners, and each challenge of my own. And now, I would love to be a part of your healing journey— call or text (202-746-2245) or email me.
